Belinda Stewart is the Chief of Staff of the Paspalis Group of Companies.
In this role, she acts as a delegated authority between the CEO and general staff. Her responsibilities include management of the Migration Innovation Northern Territory (“MINT”) Program, staff workflow, document control, risk assessment and OH&S.
As manager of our MINT program she is in charge of the contract administration between our panel of migration agents, their migrant applicants, the Northern Territory Government and our investment management team. She is a trusted member of the Paspalis Executive team bringing much positive energy, discretion and commercial focus to the role.
Her experience includes several years’ experience as an administrative professional to C-suite executives and project teams with a demonstrated history of working in both the oil and gas and venture capital sectors. Prior to working with Paspalis, she was the Executive Assistant / Lead Site Administrator for the Inpex owned Ichthys LNG Project responsible to the management team of the head EPC contractor from 2012 to 2019. During that time, she was also appointed as Commercial Co-ordinator / Compliance Officer.
She is a Certified Administrative Professional with a Diploma in Executive Secretaryship. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay. Belinda is currently pursuing a degree in Commerce majoring in Business Law at Curtin University.
